Meet the Team

Naee is a West Coast-born, Southern-raised girl from Texas. Her energy is quite contagious — she adds an abundance of laughter and fun to the office, and her Southern charm paired with genuine professionalism make her a perfect fit for the Monsoon team.

In 2021, Naee graduated from Carrington as a Certified Dental Assistant and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Barclay College. Cross-trained in both the front and back office, she is dedicated to taking on whatever role is needed to better the lives of those around her.

In her free time, Naee enjoys coaching and playing volleyball, cooking, and spending time with her son.

Mayrin completed her dental assisting program at Pima Community College. After her externship at the VA Dental Clinic, Dr. Konecnik was honored to bring Mayrin and her gentle chairside manner to Monsoon Dental. She strives daily to provide the best quality treatment and finds deep fulfillment in making a positive difference in each patient's life.

Raised in Nogales, Arizona, Mayrin relocated to Tucson to pursue her educational goals and hopes to continue her studies toward becoming a dental hygienist.
